- Plain organic yogurt—1 cup
- Organic mayo—1 cup
- Fresh dill - ½ cup finely chopped
- 2 drops each of Young Living dill and lemon oil
- Mix the yogurt, dill and mayo together, add the lemon and dill oil mix well.
- Save a little of the dill to sprinkle on top as a garnish.
- Serve with crackers or as a vegetable dip.
